Festival of Trees
Tree Decorator Guidelines
DECORATING DATES
Thursday November 19 from 9:00am – 9:00pm
The Crescent
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us as a Festival
of Trees decorator. We are confident that you will create that “million
dollar” look. Your display will be seen by many visitors, and will
be bid upon at a gala auction. Proceeds will benefit local non-profit
organizations.
DECORATING POSSIBILITIES
Holiday Trees
From the traditional to the unique, let your creativity soar at the
Festival of Trees by choosing to decorate a lighted tree. Trees
will be auctioned live at the Gala Friday night.
Props and Support Materials (Decorator’s Personal Items Form)
If you choose to use items under or around the tree as part of the
design that do not go to the buyer, a written list of those items
must be submitted to the Forest Manager when you check out after
your decorating is completed. We suggest that these items also
be marked “For Display Only”. Decorators must pick up these items
from the Festival site on Saturday, November 21 from 9-12 or these
items will become the property of The REALTOR Festival of Trees
committee.
